The main reason I want to work in childcare is because I'm pretty good at it. I grew in a big Latino family when there was many times of my life I was the big cousin that would take care of the kids in family gathering, which is something I always enjoyed to do. 3 years ago I also became a big brother when my baby brother was born, who I took care off while my mom worked. Other than casual experience I also have some professional experience. In the summer of 2023 I had my first job right after graduating high school as a summer camp counselor at College for 8 weeks taking care of 4-5-year-olds. In the summer of 2024 I once again did a summer this time at College, the college I currently attend, for 6 weeks this time taking care of 5-9-year-olds.
