About Justin

I have been working in special education for the Lake Elsinore Unified School District since 2021, and I have been coaching various sports since 2019. In my role with LEUSD I worked closely with students with special needs, tailoring my approach to meet their unique learning requirements. For years I've been coaching kids, instilling in them the values of teamwork, perseverance, and self confidence. My coaching philosophy goes beyond sports, aiming to develop well rounded individuals who are prepared to face life's challenges both on and off the court. I'd describe my personality as Fun, Spontaneous, and Responsible I started working with kids in 2019 as a water polo coach In my spare time, I like to Rock climb, go on hikes, go camping, slack-line, and fish One thing you should know about me is I love the outdoors, and I love working with kids My skills include Crisis Prevention Intervention, tutoring up to a middle school level, and exceptional patience.
