My passion for care giving began 24 years ago when I began working at Geo kids Daycare in Menlo Park. During this time, I discovered my natural ability to care for and connect with young children. For the past 11 years, I've been working as a nanny and completed college courses to receive a certificate in Early childhood education. I am able to manage the needs of multiple children while focusing on each individual child. I love the outdoors and use it as a resource for learning and exploring. I enjoy reading and singing songs that are interactive and engaging. I encourage sensory exploration, dramatic play, and creative arts using open-ended materials. I strongly believe in developing trusting relationships with each child as well as the parents. I also believe communication is essential to a successful working relationship.

Justina has been with our family for over 2 years, from the time that our daughter was 4 months old. She is incredibly passionate about childcare and we felt immediately comfortable having her care for our daughter. Justina is incredibly attentive, caring, communicative, and responsible. We routinely get comments from other parents and caregivers about how wonderful and loving she is with our daughter. She has provided the absolute best care and her experience and encouragement from a young infant through toddlerhood have truly made us better parents. Our daughter has had so many amazing experiences with Justina (that she documents daily in a notebook that we will save forever) and excitedly waits for her car to pull up in the morning. Their days have been filled with activities, parks and outdoor time, playdates, and classes. Jusitna is incredibly special and we feel so lucky that she has been such an important part of our family. While our daughter is now starting school, we couldn’t be more grateful for the time Justina was with our family.
