Hello! My name is Justice and I have been an assistant teacher in a family group daycare for 10 years now. I love working with children of all ages and have cared for children ranging from the ages of 3 months to 12 years old. I am CPR and first aid certified and I renew this certification every two years. I am very caring and kind, and I agree with Jean Piaget's statement that "Play is the work of children." I believe that children thrive when given diverse hands on, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities. No two children are exactly alike. Each has their own interests, likes and dislikes, and background. Therefore, I do my best to get to know each individual child in my care. My current job duties and skills include lesson planning, cleaning, diapering, potty training, infant feeding, and homework assistance. I'm currently enrolled in an early Childhood education program at CUNY, studying for my CDA. I am graduating from this program in December.
