She accepted my job 2 days a week. She came and trained. When her other family asked for a few hours more a week - she texted, not called - that she wasn't going to work for us that she had enough hours now. Leaving me in a bad position after I turned other caregivers down. She is not dependable and will drop you in a second for her own needs. Don't turn away other good help for her. You can't depend on her.
