I'd describe my personality as understanding, kind and caring I like working with kids because I enjoy getting to play, teach, and getting to have a close relationship I'm looking for a job that is fun, supportive, and consistent I started working with kids when I was a teen with babysitting my family and friends to volunteering at the church I used to go to. I finally have 3. 5 years of paid childcare experience In my spare time, I like to relax, go for walks outside, and enjoying making memories One thing you should know about me is that I am very flexible and friendly. I do have many trucks up my sleeve to find ways to help with any distractions or with redirecting along with helping with naps My skills include knowing to be calm, find ways to calm down and then communicating with what we are going to do
