18 years of child care experience. The many years of caring for children taught me that caregiving is more than child minding. The early years of a child's life set the stage for lifelong learning and my role is to support, encourage and stimulate play-based learning opportunities while ensuring the child's safety in a nurturing environment all throughout their developmental stages with utmost love while letting them learn lessons and values that would shape up their character and be better individuals.
