I like working with animals because they are bundles of warm, furry love. They forgive any and everything so quickly. For comparably very little they give so much. I'm looking for a job that allows me to give back what I have received so often. Unconditional love and caring for someone's fur baby. I started working with animals when my husband was diagnosed with dementia. At first I could leave him alone while I ran errands but he didn't really like it. When I had a pet in the house it would keep him company. In my spare time, I like to mainly read, knit and crochet. I am a homebody. One thing you should know about me is I plan to make their fur baby just as happy as I can. I want them to feel like my house is their house. My skills include calming high strung nervous pets. I'm very good with first timers and older more anxious animals. I can get the picky eater get some food in them. I don't get excited or upset about anything.
