About Julie

Caring for others has always come very naturally to me. I have spent 20 years raising my own children, managing a busy household, and caring for aging parents. I held a small in-home childcare facility for 6 years while my children were young. I have also worked with seniors outside of my home for the past 10 years, assisting with exercise, errands, cleaning, and personal care. I love to take on household projects such as downsizing or reorganization. I also have a passion for health and enjoy helping to enrich lives through nutrition and help staying active. I have previous experience as a personal trainer with an emphasis on corrective and rehabilitative exercise, and am currently working toward a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
