Caring for others has always come very naturally to me. I have spent 20 years raising my own children, managing a busy household, and caring for aging parents. I have also worked with seniors outside of my home for the past 10 years, assisting with exercise, errands, cleaning, and personal care. I love to take on household projects such as downsizing or reorganization. I also have a passion for health and enjoy helping to enrich lives through nutrition and help staying active. I have previous experience as a personal trainer with an emphasis on corrective and rehabilitative exercise, and am currently studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist.

If you are lucky enough to get Julie you are lucky.She showes up on time,is so very loving and responsible. She helped my mother with dementia better than anyone.She gave us reports on my mother's decline,and always went above and beyond. Walks with mom,keeping her safe.I just cant say enough. She is a gem.
