Julie came and helped us with our 4 month old premature twins from 8-5 Monday-Friday for 3 weeks when we transitioned back to work. She was always on time, took feedback well, and was able to balance taking care of the two all on her own. She got to know the little personalities, always was engaging the twins and playing with them and was never on her phone. She also did a good job of bringing potential concerns to my attention and telling me when the babies did something new or different. Also, one of the twins has bad reflux and she took extra care propping him up, pacing his feeds, and our baby's spitting up actual improved with her caring for him. Now we have a live in nanny, but will continue to reach out to Julie for supplemental support.
