Julie has regularly far exceeded our expectations as a caregiver for our parents. She's intelligent and caring and has used both of those traits to deliver excellent care to our parents. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of her work and with a positive caring attitude toward the elderly who can't always speak for themselves (like our parents couldn't always due to ailing health). Julie has a tremendous breadth of skills in caring for elderly (medical-related, transport, hygiene, assessment, therapeutic, etc etc), and she far exceeds the family's expectations in helping manage the household (i.e. identifying needed supplies, grocery lists, cooking, errands as needed). Julie was always at work promptly and never missed a day without planning in-advance. Even then, she rarely asked for time off, and would regularly fill-in for other caregivers if they scheduled time off (or didn't show up for some unexpected reason). Julie also helped coordinate all the household caregiver schedules, interviewed potential caregivers (when an opening arose), trained new caregivers and helped new caregivers get-onboarded. She was very well-regarded by all the caregivers who also worked at the home. And, Julie does all of this while also keeping a positive attitude and a smile. I'm happy to speak with anyone who would like to learn more about the excellent care and attention that Julie delivered at our household. She's also very loyal and worked for us for many years and stayed with us while both of our parents were very ill and until they passed away. She's been like family for our family, and was like a daughter to both of our parents in terms of how much she genuinely cared for our parents good health and well-being.
