About Julia

Hello, I'm Julia! I am a current graduate student in a counseling program at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and have my undergraduate degree in psychology from UMN. My goal is to work as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with children (and animals, I hope!). I have worked with children with severe mental health concerns for a year and a half in a residential facility and a partial hospitalization program. I have experience babysitting and nannying throughout the years since I was about 12 years old as well. I consider myself to be fun and creative while maintaining structure, something I believe every child needs to thrive. In my personal time, I love spending time with my dog, doing pottery, and spending time outside.
