About Julia

Hi! I am Julia and I am a licensed elementary teacher in Washington and Oregon. I have tons of experience working with children in and out of schools. I nannied/babysat on and off for 9+ years with kids aged 7 months-14 years and have tutored/taught kindergarten-5th grade kids. I also have a home care aid license and have experience working for adults with disabilities. My approach to babysitting is always kid centered. It is important to me to meet their emotional and physical needs while engaging in dialogue that helps them effectively communicate and work through their feelings. I am not available to nanny at this time but let me know if you need a regular babysitter for the occasional outing!
