About Julia

Hi there! I'm a warm and patient caregiver with years of experience nannying kids of all ages. Most recently I had the privilege of being a kinship caregiver for my newborn family member in Colorado for the last 18 months, where I've learned so much about the needs of infants and young children. Before that, I spent time working in a special needs school with kids aged 18 months to 8 years, where I got really comfortable teaching life skills, emotional regulation, and building strong, bonds with each child. This experience really fueled my passion for working with the special needs community. I love doing crafts, spending time outside, and finding new ways to keep kids engaged. Outside of caregiving, I'm a bit of a homebody and love spending time relaxing with my pets, and enjoying some good food. I'm also lucky to have a flexible schedule. I aim to be a positive and reliable presence in with the families I care for. Look forward to meeting you!
