About Julia

Hello families of Indy! My name is Julia and I recently graduated with my BA in Psychology. Through my studies, I have extensive knowledge of early childhood development and caregiving styles. I have 8+ yrs of experience working with children in various settings, including babysitting, nannying, teaching, lifeguarding, and camp counseling. My primary experience is with children aged 1 mo to 12 yrs old. I embrace a gentle caregiving style, empowering children to explore while providing supportive guidance as needed. My personality, experience, and knowledge make me especially well-suited to care for infants and toddlers. Creating relationships centered around trust and communication with guardians/parents is especially important to me. In addition, I prioritize fostering an inclusive environment. I do require a video call prior to meeting in person/ providing care the first time; this is at no cost to you. I am currently available for occasional babysitting. Feel free to reach out!
