I am currently an NYC English Language Arts teacher, certified to teach from grades 7-12 with an extension down to 5th grade. However, besides teaching, I have experience tutoring children to young adults (ages 7-21) in a variety of subjects (English, art, music, science, elementary math). I tutored throughout high school, college, and then after college when supporting families in filling in the Covid education gaps. I am an ICT teacher, meaning I have experience working with children with a variety of needs and abilities (special education & general education) and feel prepared to identify an support a child in learning whatever style suits them best.
