About Julia

I'd describe my personality as patient, friendly and reliable I like caring for seniors because I love to give them attention and remind them of their value and that they matter. Also I love to hear their stories, and like them to feel like they have a companion. I'm looking for a job where I can help a family care for their elderly relative and give them peace of mind that their loved one is in good hands. I started caring for seniors almost as long as I can remember. I helped with both my grandparents. Most recently I was my parents caretaker until they passed almost 2 years ago. I helped with meals, doctor's appointments, shopping, socializing, short walks, and medication management. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family especially my grandkids, and my dogs. My skills include cooking, cleaning, driving, medication management, organizing, and companionship.
