Hello there! I am a 31-year-old professional currently working from Honolulu. I'm looking for occasional babysitting jobs to add some spice to my day! I love working with kids. I think they make everything more fun and I love how inquisitive and interested they can be in everything they do, even the most simple of things.

In addition to sitting I can help with the kids' homework, light housework, cooking, and cleaning. I worked as a part-time nanny for 5 years for kids 5 and 8 most recently have experience with infants (3 to 12 months old) as well as toddlers (1 to 4 years old).

Julia has been a consistent sitter for our toddler son for over a year and he adores her. She is kind, reliable, and patient and we are grateful for her care.

Julia has been a regular sitter for our  rambunctious 14 month old girl. She sends us regular updates and pictures. Our daughter has really grown to care for Julia, offering hugs and kisses as she leaves. We're so grateful for her care and attention. We would highly recommend to other families 🥰

Julia was with us for the week and she skillfully handled my rambunctious 19 month old and 6 year old with ease. She came prepared early in the morning with suggestions for local activities for the kids (zoo, beach, children's museum), and kept them both occupied and engaged, so they could experience Hawaii while we worked. Professionally, Julia was communicative (always sharing her location), punctual, and responsible. She was proactive in sharing updates and concerns, and was always willing to adapt to any situation.  
On a personal level, Julia is kind, patient, and trustworthy. She built such a strong, positive relationship with our children, even in just a week - my daughter was in tears when saying goodbye to Julia. My son was so affectionate with her, I knew she had built such a strong bond with both of them. We were able to leave her in her care - without a tear - on day 1, because she was able to build trust with the kids immediately.
I wholeheartedly recommend Julia!

We are still working with Julia... She started with us last Tuesday for a face to face interview and meet and greet with my babies. The kids are 3 and 21 months, they are super active, and do not sit still... ever. Lol. They liked her as soon as they met her, which was surprising to me! She helped us for several days with beach days, pool days, and dinners. She entertained the kids at the beach while my husband and I were able to have some one on one time in the ocean. She fed them lunch while we sat back in beach chairs and took a break. I mean, this is every parents dream vacation. She helped even more at the pool chasing my baby girl around while I could have one on one time with my son. she is very attentive and very safe with kids!!! That is huge for me (and every parent). She also remains calm and doesn't panic... another important characteristic for a baby sitter. I will definitely contact Julia again on out next trip to Hawaii. Tomorrow is our last day with her. she is coming with us on an excursion and I know it will be a low stress fun day with the kids!!

Julia was absolutely amazing. She instantly connected with all of us and especially our two young girls aged 5 and 2 years. She was with us throughout our trip in Hawaii and we were so sad to leave. Julia is dependable, thoughtful and our girls loved her. We miss you Julia!!!

Julia is confident in her babysitting skills 100 percent! Super friendly, down to earth and conscientious-she arrived on time and was open to feedback back directives. She sent videos and photos the entire time for our date day. Loved it! Our 10 month old and super needy 6 year old malti Poo warmed up to her real well. We've already rehire her for a few weeks out :) thank you Julia!!!!

We worked with Julia for ~15 date nights. This was our first time hiring a babysitter for our 5 months old daughter, so we were obviously nervous. She did an amazing job caring for our baby. She was fun, punctual and communicated well. Her help was a big reason we had a great time in Hawaii, and we would love to work with her anytime!

I hired Julia to care for my 2.5 years old twins for a few hours while on vacation. Luckily she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I had her come in about an hour before I left to get familiar with her. Within the first 5 minutes I was at ease and knew I made the right decision! I even had a nanny cam set up (mainly because I wanted to see what the children were up to because they can be a handful) but I may have looked once or twice while out as I was not worried at all and able to enjoy my excursion. They were comfortable with her as well and immediately started to play and interact with her when she arrived. I would definitely use her again should we be back soon and highly recommend her. I wish I could take her on all of my family vacations now!

Julia is amazing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. She was punctual, communicative, very responsive and easy to work with! I would hire her to take care of my two small boys any time, and after the three times she has sat for us, will be my first call when I need a sitter.

We have 2 ASD kiddos ages 4 and 6 - JULIA was amazing with them. Our daughter is still talking about Julia. Reliable, punctual, and friendly. We will hire her again.

Julia did a superb job!  She is an outstanding sitter who not only entertained the children but kept us positive informed of all that was going on.  I would recommend her again and again.  She is fantastic!
