I have learned, over these past 12 months, I LOVE long term care. Being the bright and energetic person to bring a smile on the residents face makes me proud, and brings a smile to my face as well. Nothing has made me feel more accomplished than when residents have said they can tell I love my job and do it well. Working with seniors is a job not many prefer to take on.
