I'd describe my personality as optimistic, patient, and loving. I like working with kids because each day is unique and fulfilling. My top three child care skills are 1. Engaging in meaningful play 2. Remaining calm and direct during tantrums or maladaptive behaviors 3. Ensuring the child feels loved and cared for always Your child's safety is always my number one priority. My second priority is giving your children my entire attention. I am looking for a job that discourages screen time, promotes pretend play, and encourages the child to use their imagination. This keeps me as involved and interactive with children as I can be. I have worked with children for 5 years. Most recently, I have worked with children in ABA therapy. This required patience, creativity, and being alert always. I care deeply for the safety of your children, and my experience working in a ABA clinic provided extensive training on how to protect children in my direct care.
