Julianne absolutely spoiled us for all other child care. She joined our family when my son was 15 months old and stayed with us through the birth of my daughter until she turned 15 months old. She cared for both children through all ages newborn through 3 years. Aside from having a strong competency and natural instinct for all care tasks, Julianne brought so much love, energy, joy, and fun into our lives. My children learned so much from her, both in terms of concepts like numbers, colors, shapes, etc, but also social and emotional skills like using manners, taking turns, practicing patience etc. She assisted with milestones like baby led weaning, potty training, preparation for preschool and so much more and even taught me things from her own experience. Julianne was extremely flexible and receptive to direction from us and always communicated well. I trusted her implicitly and valued her integrity and work ethic. She was always willing to help and make herself available to make sure we were taken care of and consistently went above and beyond to make the children feel loved and supported. I think it bears mentioning that I worked from home during her time with us and her presence in the house was such a positive and fun addition; she is so easy to get along with and has a lovely personality. Our children formed such a close loving bond with Julianne and I feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful person care for and love my babies during their early years.
