As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With over a year of experience, I strive to create a safe, stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and thrive. My patient, creative, and approachable nature allows me to connect with children on a personal level and tailor activities to their interests. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates to ensure everyone is on the same page. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a wide range of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children simultaneously and have experience with various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
