As a nursing student wanting to work in children's healthcare and an older sister, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. I am committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My patient and friendly demeanor allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships with them and their families. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any matters that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and ensuring a cohesive approach to discipline. My approach to play is diverse, ranging from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, and educational games that enhance learning. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time.
