About Julianna

I am a second year college student who has three early childhood education units, first aid training, a certification in CPR, and lots of experience with children. I have grown up working alongside and leaning from my mother at the preschool she has owned for 25 years. I spent the last 4 summers working as an aid with 2-5-year-olds and last summer was assistant teacher for a group of six 2-year-olds. I am very creative and enjoy planning and participating in activities involving arts and crafts and movement and music. Because of my years of experience in high level sports, specifically soccer and volleyball, I am more than able to participate in and facilitate sports activities. I am also a very avid reader and writer and have experience in tutoring across many areas of learning. I am enthusiastic about helping children learn and develop, and very aware of how not all children learn the same way. Overall I am extremely patient, kind, and excited about working with children.
