My passion for working with children stems from the positive experiences I had as a babysitter and educator and my firm beliefs in supporting families and providing a reliable and safe childcare option for them. With a calm and patient personality, I ensure that children feel comfortable and secure in my care. I communicate openly and effectively with parents about their child's day and any issues that may arise, using their preferred method of communication. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and expectations consistently and fairly.
