I have extensive experience working with children with learning disabilities (especially autism). I worked for an ABA therapy company where I was a senior behavior technician and also a trainer. I have experience with non-speaking children and children who have a different way of communicating, and maladaptive behaviors (aggression, self-injurious behavior, tantrum/meltdowns, etc.). I always take an empathetic approach to child care and NEVER use any adverse consequences. I absolutely LOVE seeing smiles and growth with kiddos. I am extremely passionate about having fun while learning and always taking the empathetic path. I strive for independence while teaching skills and have extensive knowledge within the field of psychology and developmental learning.
