About Juliana

Hello! I am a nanny who loves to play and help teach skills while having fun! I always approach child care with an energetic and positive attitude. I also have extensive experience working with children with developmental disorders and maladaptive behaviors such as tantrums and aggression, as well as communication difficulties. I am always empathetic with kids and I believe it's important to make their voices heard and understood. Communication is always key, with parents AND children. I am able to set firm boundaries while including the kids in the decision-making process (no "because I said so's"). Seeing smiles and growth is what I strive for. I love to have fun and be silly all while getting the necessary stuff done right. Some other things to note are: I have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19. I am comfortable working with pets and doing light housework, and I am very flexible with hours.
