I have been caring for children since I was in middle school, working as a babysitter in the neighborhood I grew up in as well as working at an elementary after-school program. I have worked with children from new born to middle school age in families of up to four children, in addition to children with special needs. Outside of babysitting/nannying and tutoring, in the fall of 2018 I worked for LEAP, a preschool that focuses on language-learning and development. I graduated with a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from GWU in 2021 and have been working to complete my clinical fellowship as a pediatric speech-language pathologist - while I love my job I miss babysitting and am looking for some part-time and/ or date night babysitting jobs!

Juliana cared for our two girls, 2 and 5, for 2 weeks every day after school. She was great with them, gave them lots of attention and came up with creative activities to keep them occupied. She picked them up from school and walked them safely home and was diligent about COVID protocols. We ended up getting an Au pair or we would've continued to have her take care of our little ones. The girls still talk about her and proudly show us the crafts they did together.
