About Julia Mkai

Hi there! My name is Julia M'Kai, and I'm a passionate childcare provider with over five years of experience working with children of all ages, including those with learning and behavioral disabilities. My journey began with helping care for my younger brother, who has autism, and volunteering at summer camps, which shaped my dedication to creating positive, nurturing environments for kids. As a former Recreational Leader 2, I've developed a patient, creative, and solution-focused approach to childcare. I thrive on clear communication, resolving challenges calmly, and fostering environments where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. I'm a full-time student at California Lutheran University as a D. M. studying Pre-law. I'm passionate about acting, writing poetry, and making a difference in my community.
