To Whom It May Concern: This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Julia M. who is seeking a professional position within your area. Ms. M. was a personal care assistant for my mom from 2018-2019. Julia was outstanding! She was loyal, caring, kind, and most of all, patient. Julia has a unique calmness about her professional duties. She was always cool and calm, and worked with poise, dedication and kindness to help guide my mother through her days with Alzheimer's. In particular the element of Sun-downers Syndrome was very prevalent with my mom and Julia was very instrumental with taking care of her needs and getting her back to bed in a very safe and mindful manner. Julia is a team player. Throughout the months she may have needed a day off and was always willing to switch days and work within a team setting to make sure that mom was covered at nighttime.
