About Julia

Hello! My name is Julia, and I'm a 25-year-old high school ESL teacher from Mechanicsburg. Once school ends, I'm hoping to nanny for the duration of the summer. Although I am from Mechanicsburg, since 2016 I have also lived in Italy, China, Lithuania, Czechia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia. I've been babysitting and petsitting since I was 12, and between babysitting, teaching, and living with host families, I have experience with children of all ages! In addition to traveling, I love arts and crafts, playing pickleball, watching movies, and reading. I'd love to make the most of the summer with your kids and think it would be fun to create a summer bucket list with them. Some ideas I have are: going on a picnic, hiking, tie-dyeing, making ice cream, baking cookies, going to the library, swimming, and making stamps. I bring a lot of creativity, positivity, and organization (did I mention I am type-A?) to everything I do, and I'd be excited to spend the summer with your kids!
