About Julia

I'm a caregiver with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I'm a patient, calm, creative, and friendly person. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My experience as a tennis coach, volunteer in a pediatric hospital, and nannying for my niece and nephew taught me how to engage children of all ages in a variety of activities. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and have experience with children of all ages. I have some graduate-level education and am comfortable with pets. I have a car and am able to provide transportation.
