About Julia

I have 2 years of experience caring for children ages 3-11 during daytime and evenings. I can pick children up from school, take them to after school activities, engage in meaningful playtime, help with schoolwork, and follow bedtime routines. I listen carefully when children express themselves and I am able to quickly assist them when they make a request or are upset. I always create warm, trustworthy, and meaningful connections with every child. I like working with kids because every child is different! I love learning about each child's unique personality; I find helping and supporting children to be very fulfilling and I love being able to support parents as well! In my spare time, I like to sing and act. Singing with kiddos is always so much fun and I'm quick to learn whatever songs they're currently obsessed with. I have rich acting experience so I'm great at imaginative play, reading books in exciting and engaging ways, original storytelling, and coming up with fun songs!
