About Julia

Hi there, my name is Julia :) I currently work as an in home care provider for seniors and am looking for another part time job to supplement my income as I start school in the fall. I have a lot of experience caring for children, since I was in high school, almost 10 years ago. I was a long term babysitter for one family and watched their family of four grow into a family of six. I cared for their children all the way from when they were newborns until toddlers, when I moved away after high school. I absolutely adore those kiddos and cherish those memories I have with them. I went on to work in a day care as an assistant teacher and then as a lead teacher of a 3-year-old preschool classroom. I really think it is important to foster a child's independence and creativity while still holding strong boundaries around safety, rules, and all of that good stuff.
