About Julia

I'm a teacher for over 9 years and a nurturing childcare provider with over three years of experience. My passion for caring for young minds stems from my desire to positively impact their lives and help them grow and develop. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have a graduate degree and have also completed coursework in Early Childhood Development. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR, as well as a Certified Teacher. I'm quite comfortable enforcing household rules, and I like to communicate with parents about their child's day using their preferred method of communication. I love playing all types of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational activities that promote learning, I love toys. I'm confident in caring for up to six children at a time and am happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and overnights and travels. I speak English and Portuguese fluently, and some Spanish too. Happy to meet you soon.
