I asked Julia about her prior 1-star rating (her only rating on Care.Com) which was about a mix-up on an interview time. She immediately replied to my query. Time mix-ups happen to everyone, especially during this pandemic! She was very punctual for the interview she did with my family. The kids met her, and loved her.
