Julia has cared for my children a couple of times. First, she is good at confirming timing and arrives on time. She is good with her communication to ensure she understands what will be required. When interacting with the children, she is patient and loving. She knows how to handle both babies and toddlers. As a parent, I appreciate that she follows directions well but also has the flexibility and awareness to jump in just as easily to help without being asked for something specifically. I would certainly hire her again.
