About Julia

I'd describe my personality as positive, goofy, and creative. I have a passion for inspiring kids and motivating them to become amazing people. I'm looking for a job that I can do on holidays, late nights, or weekends. I started working with kids when I was a teenager in our church daycare. I grew into babysitting for Bible studies at houses with 10+ kids. I then worked in Special education and Behavioral Support for 2 years. Currently I am a second grade teacher. In my spare time, I like to paint, hike, and cook. I try to take advantage of the day to grow and enjoy but embrace moments of rest at the same time. My skills include teaching social emotional skills, supporting behavioral changes, encouraging creativity.
