I started working as a CNA in a nursing home 41 years ago, then became an LPN, then RN. I've been a nurse for 37 years. I now prefer private duty care-giving because it allows me to spend all my time giving the best quality care to each individual client. I'd like to work 20-30 hrs/wk days. I avoid driving in the dark whenever possible. If skilled nursing care is needed, I would charge RN wages during those hours. I always do my best, have been vaccinated, and am very reliable with near perfect attendance. I'm professional and competent with excellent work experience and evaluations. I enjoy connecting and engaging with those in need of care and make our time as pleasant and fun as it can be.
