About Julia

I've been working with children since I was 14 (18 now) and have always had a passion for childcare. I've worked at a kid Center and am ready to transfer my skills to a family setting. As a caregiver, I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. When communicating with parents, I use their preferred method and provide regular updates. I respect household rules and follow the parents' lead. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and one on one personal play time the kid picks out. With about a decade of being with kids and 4 official work years experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to 1-3 children between the ages of one and 11 I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and supervising swimming. I have my CPR Training, Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification, and completed Early Child Development Coursework. I have a car, with room for car seats, and am comfortable with pets.
