About Julia

Hi, I'm Julia. I tutor K-12th graders from my home in Middletown. My son naps during our lessons, so I have limited spots available; I currently am taking only 12 students at a time. As of March, I have two afternoon spots and one evening spot available! Before becoming a mama I was a middle school teacher and an autism support paraeducator. I currently teach math and literature classes at a local homeschool co-op and teach individualized academic lessons throughout the week. I especially love being a support to homeschool families. Recently I've found joy in teaching students to read with lots of games and sensory-filled activities! Five of my students are Kindergarten-2nd grade early readers with emphasis on learning to decode the 44 sounds into words.
