I am also a Home Health Aide & TME (Trained Medication Employee). I have taken care of physically/ mentally challenged adults for the last 10+ years. In addition to working with children in schools I often spend time taking care of my family (nieces and nephews). The ages range from 2-months-old to 10- years-old. Ms. Y. provided exceptional care & attention to my children. She provided individual lesson plans for each child weekly focusing on their independent academic level. Both children were performing below grade level until Ms. Y. came into our home. She also took them on outings to provide them with another level of skills (social & practical) experience. She was a major asset to our family.
