I am an experienced , compassionate, and reliable caregiver who gives assistance to individuals who need assistance with ADLs due to age, illness or disability. I assist with baths, grooming and dressing to my clients. I help clients with mobility support , transferring them from beds or chairs. I administer or remind clients to take medication as prescribed. I am able to plan and cook nutritious meals considering dietary restrictions and preferences. I do light housekeeping too. I offer emotional support and conversation to my clients . I monitor and observe my clients changes of health or condition, moods, reporting them to family or medical professionals. I have worked with the elderly, hospice patients and also individuals who are disabled. Am able to manage schedules, communicate well and clearly both orally and written. Am able to deal with emergencies calmly and in a timely manner .
