She called and was more than happy to help and then at the last minute she texted me and told me she would not be helping, she was father away than she thought. A text.... at the last minute.... really. Distance should have been looked at prior to making appointments. Or is that what the site should be held responsible for??? I asked for caregigs close to my area? Anyway, overall this site did nothing for me and I am sorry I spent the money for it.
