I've worked with children and adults with disabilities, people with mental health issues, and the elderly including people with Alzheimer's. I have an excellent rapor with the individuals I work with and their families. In addition to being kind, compassionate, patient and understanding, I have many other skills. If you speak to my elders' family members, they will tell you that my communication with them is top-notch! I take their mothers and fathers to medical appointments, grocery shopping, hairdresser, pharmacy, out to eat, the mall and more! I do light housekeeping, set up medications, make phone calls, assist with purchasing needs for the home (walkers, "talking" watches, phones, large-print items, medical supplies, etc.) and do banking and bill pay for people. Because I was a case manager for over three decades, I can easily assess needs and ALWAYS discuss it with the individual and their family members before I proceed.

Judy is a highly competent, conscientious, and detail-oriented caregiver. She helped our mother with rides, reminders, and much more. During this period, our mother (who is not an easy client) gained strength and health as a result of the regular outings that Judy managed to take her on for fresh groceries, medical appointments, and physical therapy. Judy was professional and reliable throughout, well organized and able to get a lot done in a short amount of time. Also she was devoted to the bigger picture of our mother’s health and safety in her home and would regularly alert us when some such related detail needed our attention.
