About Judith

I am a mother (my son is a graduate of WWU) and preschool teacher with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I support the whole child with attuned, individual care that is gentle but with thoughtful boundaries that foster a trusting and safe environment. I believe in child-led, play-based learning that is co-constructed. I have taken coursework in neurobiology, multicultural psychology plus art, movement, and nature therapies to expand my understanding of the various ways that children develop and make meaning of their world. I have worked as a nanny with infants, neurodiverse children, twins, elementary school aged children, and sibling groups up to four children. My goal is to support families by providing integrated care that reinforces parental values while providing a loving presence within the home. I currently work in the Bellingham School District and passed their background check. References upon request.
