Judine has been with us for 2 months and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Every day, she would play with our son and read him books as we asked her to. I work from home so I could hear my son laugh and have fun with her, never crying or complaining. My wife and I always felt that our son was safe with her. She was also very mindful of his diaper changes and his naps. Our son does not like napping at all, but he would take very good naps with her (sometimes even over her! and she'd stay with him patiently for 2+ hours until he woke up). She was always on time (she'd even come 5-10 minutes earlier sometimes) and she'd tell us way in advance if she could not come one day (which only happened one time). She's excellent with communication, something we value a lot. The only reason she's no longer with us is that we got a spot in our preferred, full-time daycare. Otherwise, rest assured that she'd still be working with us.
