Juan was our Nanny & House Manager for 3 years. He was an essential part of our family’s daily life, and we were incredibly lucky to have him. From the moment he joined us, Juan brought warmth, patience and professionalism to his role. He cared for our three children—E (7 months girl), M (3 years boy), and O (7 years boy)—with so much attentiveness and kindness. He always knew how to keep them engaged, whether it was through creative play, outdoor adventures, or simply making everyday routines fun. He was also great at adapting to their needs as they grew, and we always felt at ease knowing they were in his care. On top of it all, he is a very lovely person. He became part of our Family! Beyond childcare, Juan kept our household running smoothly. He handled grocery shopping, organizing, and day-to-day tasks without needing direction—he just saw what needed to be done and took care of it. He even traveled with us a couple times, helping make trips easier while keeping the kids on their routine. What stood out most about Juan was his professionalism and intuition. Since we often worked from home and had other staff, he always struck the perfect balance between taking initiative and giving us space. He’s incredibly trustworthy, dependable, and just a genuinely wonderful person to have around.
