Juana was the first nanny we hired with our young baby so we were nervous to have anyone new care for him. But she has been fantastic every step of the way. She is always exactly on time and has an incredible ability to know just what he needs. We trust her with him 100% and he adores her, as do we. She has been a great resource for us to know what milestones to be looking out for and how to enrich his growth. We will miss her dearly and the next family she works with is very lucky.
