Juana brought warmth, care and calm to our family from the time she started with our 2 month old baby until he was 8 months old. She helped us through the baby's many transitions and brought a level of confidence and comfort that made it possible for us to go back to work feeling like our child was in good hands. On top of that, she was always super professional---punctual, communicative and happy to accommodate our questions and requests.
